"Did not lift a single finger to help my parents (Senior Citizens) when their car was hit by another driver in the Ingles parking lot. Basically lied and said they would file a claim against the other drivers insurance and if it was rejected because the accident happened on “private property” then State Farm would cover the repair costs. My parents have been customers of State Farm for decades and the a$$hole that runs this place didn’t file a claim with the other drivers insurance and then stated that State Farm wouldn’t cover it either and denied that they ever said they would. My parents vehicle is only a couple of years old, but they do have a fixed income. Now, because of this horrid treatment against Senior Citizens, my parents have damage, caused by someone else’s mistake and I don’t know where State Farm was, but it definitely wasn’t “there” for my parents. Just beware, if you put your money and faith in these people and this specific branch, you might find yourself completely hung out to dry. Just my opinion."

"1 Star is too many. No one deserves to be at the mercy of this agent's inaccuracy. We gave payment info and signed up for auto payment. We then received many notices indicating our auto payment enrollment and that we didn't need to send payment. But sales agent misspelled our name and email address. We never received an important email to confirm our enrollment in the State Farm Payment Plan. Our coverage lapsed and we were hit with fees by our apartment complex. Agent didn't or couldn't do anything to fix, and we were stuck with fees. Granted my renter policy was small enough for the agent to lose the business without sweat, but now I have to pay for their carelessness and inability to distinguish a "z" from a "s". I would avoid this agent unless you want to risk a lapse in insurance coverage, and any potential penalties that you will be on the hook for."
